Refund and Returns Policy

Our 30-Day Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason, whether the item is defective or you simply changed your mind ("buyer's remorse").

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Packaging: It must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Window: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the item's delivery date.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • We cover shipping: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover the cost of the return shipping and provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Customer covers shipping (Buyer's Remorse): If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, you, the customer, are responsible for the transportation/shipping charges for the return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving it if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.

Important Note on Shipping Damage: If your item arrived damaged due to transportation, please take photos of the package before opening it and contact both us and the courier company immediately to file a claim.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If the item meets the eligibility conditions, the refund will be approved or rejected.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software and Digital Licenses: Any software, digital products, or activated licenses.

  • Custom Orders: Products that were specially customized or configured for you.

  • Consumables: Products that have been used or opened and cannot be resold due to hygiene or activation (e.g., opened laptop cleaning kits, activated operating systems).

  • Final Sale Items and Gift Cards: Items marked as final sale or promotional gift cards.

We also reserve the right to reject returns if there is physical damage (including water or liquid damage) or signs of unauthorised modification or repair by the customer, as these conditions void the product warranty.
