This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery schedule, shipping charges, and order processing times for all regions within the UAE.

1. Order Processing and Handling Time

All orders placed on jawdahshop.ae are subject to a processing period before shipment.

  • Handling Time: All in-stock orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 4 to 12 hours from the time the order is placed. This time is separate from the transit time detailed below.

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM GST will be processed starting the next business day.

2. Delivery Schedules and Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the total value of the products ordered.

  • Total Delivery Time: The total time to receive your order is the Handling Time + Transit Time (from the tables above).

3. Shipping Issues and Damages

  • Shipping Damage: We are not responsible for damages during transportation. As stated in our Refund Policy, if your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging before opening it and contact both jawdah786@gmail.com and the courier company immediately (within 48 hours) to file a claim.

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows successful delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the courier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us for assistance.
